He started his career specialising in tech and IT recruitment before moving into digital marketing, advertising, PR, communications, and creative industries. He has also worked as a generalist recruiter, placing roles in sales, project management, manufacturing, real estate, and more.

 

Ben is known for his relationship-focused approach, preferring to understand a business’s unique needs through informal conversations—whether over coffee, lunch, or a beer—rather than a transactional or sales-driven style. His recruitment philosophy centres on clear expectations and a tailored, flexible process, designed to avoid common industry frustrations. Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing tennis, DJing, and calls Cremorne home, though he is originally from Paris
