Founded by Ben Aharfi and now joined by Abhi Bidani, our team combines years of experience across Australia and New Zealand with a shared commitment to doing recruitment differently: tailored, transparent, and relationship-driven.
Meet The Team
Ben Aharfi
Ben has over seven years of recruitment experience, working across both multinational and boutique agencies.
Starting in tech and IT, he has since broadened his expertise to digital marketing, advertising, PR, communications, and creative industries. Along the way, he’s also recruited across sales, project management, manufacturing, and real estate.
What sets Ben apart is his relationship-focused approach. He believes the best results come from genuine conversations – whether over coffee, lunch, or a beer – rather than hard sales tactics. His philosophy centres on setting clear expectations and crafting flexible, bespoke processes that avoid the frustrations too often associated with recruitment.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Ben on the tennis court, behind the decks DJ-ing, or exploring Cremorne, which he now calls home (though he’s originally from Paris).
Abhi Bidani
Abhi began his recruitment journey in 2016 in Auckland, New Zealand, specialising in Commercial Real Estate and Construction Project Management at a boutique agency.
Since moving to Melbourne seven years ago, he has led Talent Acquisition at the world’s largest private Commercial Real Estate consultancy, earning recognition for his client-first mindset, standout candidate care, and unwavering work ethic.
With experience spanning Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Client-Side Project Management, Business Support, and Accounting, Abhi thrives on truly understanding his clients’ needs. His solutions-focused, hands-on style ensures recruitment isn’t just about filling roles, it’s about acting as a trusted extension of each client’s business.
Away from work, Abhi’s passions revolve around sport and family life. Whether cheering on the Richmond Tigers or Chelsea FC, playing a round of golf, or catching the latest F1 race, he’s never far from the action. He’s also a proud dog dad to Paddy and partial to an espresso martini come Friday night.
